Late/Cancellation Policy

Unless Your Appointment Is Cancelled/ Rescheduled More Than 24 Hours Before Your Card Will Be Charged As A Fee And Will Not Be Able To Be Applied To Your Next Service. For Full Sets Cancelled/ Rescheduled Without A 24hr Notice, A Service Fee Of 50% Will Be Charged.

If You Are More Than 15 mins Late To Your Appointment You Will Be Required To Reschedule And Pay Late Cancelation Fees

No Show, No Calls Will Be Charged The Full Service Fee And Will No Longer Be Able To Book Further Appointments.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 48 hours so the situation can be accessed, if eligible you can receive a complimentary 30 min mini fill to fix the issue.
